A controlled merger


The merger of Veolia Transport and Transdev in March 2011 gave rise to a leading player in the global public transport market: the Veolia Transdev Group. The major challenge of this merger was to bring together all 119,000 employees of the Group united by a shared project and a single set of shared values.

Seenk implemented a change communications strategy which aimed to present the outlook for development following the merger to everyone within the company and the general public, and bring employees and partners together as part of a shared vision for this new entity.
